Project development – Eagle Fund
Eagle Fund I and II were set up with a single aim: to enable investors from various sectors to invest safely but dynamically in (mainly) residential real estate projects. With a view to maximising the returns on any capital invested, the funds strive to operate on a building rights basis as much as possible, meaning the land in question does not need to be purchased outright.
A thorough risk analysis forms the basis of every investment, and sufficient diversification in terms of location, price class and so on is an elementary basic principle that is always applied. For larger projects, the funds always work in partnership with one or more creditworthy partners.
Eagle Fund I and II operate as closed funds only. Investments are made within a pre-agreed period. Once this investment period comes to an end, no new projects are taken on and all investments are developed and sold.
