350 units – Commercial space will be created at ground floor level, with access to the park. Above this, a mix of various housing types will be developed. The plan specifically does not focus on student accommodation, but on spacious two- and three-room flats for the existing target group in the neighbourhood. These include social housing, medium-sized rental flats, and private-sector rental and owner-occupied properties.
