The second block comprises 130 rental flats, 50 of which are mid-range rental properties, with a 4,000 m² underground car park beneath it. These sustainable flats have been purchased by Amvest on behalf of the Pension Fund for Housing Associations (SPW). The third block comprises 10 detached houses and 20 flats.
